The form is not the same as the photo although I did not expect it either. The box came a little spoiled but the lamp was fine. It came to us with a plastic light bulb but we put another so I don't know if it will work. It comes with a brief instruction sheet and is easy to install. Has enough cable to put it much lower. Is from a material that looks like a pillowcase. Inside it has a hard plastic structure (it looks like a cloud-shaped water bottle). It comes with screws and everything you need to install it (except tools). Arrived in Spain in 8 days with a Choice
